Nick Melcher

A native Minnesotan, Nick worked in high-frequency trading before moving to Cabo full-time in 2012. His finance background proved to be a natural fit in luxury real estate and he has earned a reputation for his personalized client care, keen negotiation skills, and determination.
Nick’s passion for Cabo is personal as here he unlocked the best version of himself. Paradise Cabo and real estate in Los Cabos enables him to help others realize their life’s aspirations through owning a south Baja home.
Outside of work, Nick especially enjoys kiteboarding, road tripping across the Baja peninsula in his vintage jeep, and exploring
new diving spots around the world.
Greg Dare

Originally from Ohio, Greg built a long career helping Fortune 100 companies solve their biggest brand, marketing, and commercialization concerns. A seasonal Cabo resident for nearly a decade, he recently made the permanent move.
A self-proclaimed tech junkie, Greg is zealous about streamlining Paradise Cabo’s value proposition to optimize the end-to-end client experience in buying, selling, or managing home a home in Los Cabos.
In his free time, Greg likes travel hacking around the globe, experimenting with organic craft cocktails, and evangelizing feline welfare.
Bill Rosengarten

Bill’s career in resort real estate also includes over $5 billion in strategic sales at some of the most iconic luxury destination properties across the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica and the Caribbean. This resort brokerage expertise helps enhance revenues for developer clients in destination markets centralized around seasonal access, golf, oceanfront concepts, fractional ownership residences.
Bill was responsible for new client acquisition and sales leadership at Resort Brokerage Solutions where his hands-on approach facilitated the sale of custom homesites and homes, luxury residences and resort membership programs. He has been instrumental in creating and managing resort sales and marketing programs for high profile developers and sales companies across the US, Mexico and The Caribbean including: The Paraiso Residences (Groupo Frel), Capella Pedregal (CarVal Investors), Hacienda Cabo San Lucas (Starwood Capital / Koll Company), Auberge Private Residences at Esperanza (ICB), and Carlton Woods (The Woodlands Development Company).
His depth of experience and keen understanding of resort sales is paramount as he utilizes innovative sales solutions to help clients to meet and exceed the demands of today’s dynamic real estate environment.
A passion for off-shore sport fishing has taken him around the globe as an angler in international sport fishing tournaments and he is also known as an accomplished Captain.
