There is plenty of high ground with great views for future construction. The property is connected to the Ejido El Pescadero irrigation system, and it has CFE electrical available. The existing structures on the property include a studio cabaña, an outdoor, palapa covered kitchen, plus a bathroom and bodega with a large (20,000 liters) cistern for water storage.
